Oat Hemp Wraps

Making homemade wraps is simpler than you might think! I whipped up this healthy wrap recipe recently, and it turned out absolutely delicious.
The best part? You get to choose exactly what goes into your wraps. I included one of my favorite ingredients, Evo Hemp Hearts, to enhance the nutritional value! Hemp hearts are a fantastic vegan source of complete protein and are loaded with essential vitamins, minerals, and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups sprouted oats
- 1/4 cup Evo Hemp Hearts
- 1 small scoop of Evo Hemp crystals (optional but recommended)
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt or any plant-based yogurt
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- 1 3/4 cups plant milk of your choice (I used unsweetened oat milk)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender for about 1 to 2 minutes, checking the consistency as you go. Be careful not to over-blend!

In a pan, add a little Evo Hemp oil, or if your pan is non-stick, you may not need any oil at all. Pour in enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan.

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
