Return policy

Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. If this period has elapsed, we unfortunately cannot process any refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming its receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t seen your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card provider, as there may be a delay in posting. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
